This is the fierce competitor, the fiery win at all cost guy, who encourages and motivates others to be, first; the best that they can be, in order to make the team the best that it can be; with the goal of winning competitions and championships. Wood Harris (Avon Barksdale, "The Wire") and Lil' Romeo coined the name "Finesse" at the Michael Jordan Flight School in description of what they termed, as "a guy (Trajan), going Bananas on the competition." Over time Finesse has been traded in for "T Seay 3."
